Who We Are
Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) was founded in London by the late Eric Overman, who pioneered the adoption of U.S.-style mobile mast lease investment and telecom lease buyout models in international markets. From the outset, the ambition was simple: to bring this proven telecom infrastructure investment model to global markets and build a platform focused on the long-term ownership and management of telecom site leases.
Today, TIP is a leading telecom infrastructure investor operating across 16 countries. We work with property owners who host critical telecommunications infrastructure, including mobile masts, mobile sites, rooftop antennas, telecommunications equipment, and fibre network infrastructure. Through our telecom lease acquisition and lease buyout solutions, we provide an upfront payment to property owners while assuming responsibility for managing the long-term agreements associated with these assets. This approach provides financial certainty, immediate capital, and reduced complexity for property owners while helping to mitigate future risks.

Stages of the Selection Process

2. Getting To Know You
A short call with one of our hiring team to confirm key details such as your background, expectations, aspirations and interest in the role. We’ll also give you an overview of TIP, more information about the position, and give you a chance to ask us any questions.
3. Interview Stage
A deeper conversation focused on your experience, role-specific skills, and how you approach your work. We also explore alignment with our values and ways of working.
4. Final Interviews
You’ll typically meet a senior leader and/or complete an additional interview or task depending on the role. This stage gives a rounded view of your approach, decision-making, and impact, and may include multiple steps for more senior or complex roles.
5. Offer & Next Steps
If successful, we’ll make a formal offer and guide you through pre-employment checks and onboarding.
